Who manages the community?
- The Members elect a Board of Directors, which makes the day-to-day decisions, primarily through a property management company. This way, decisions may be made efficiently and in the best interest of the group.
- The Property Management company provides the day-to-day activities such as rent collections, bill paying, snow plowing, hiring and paying contractors, etc.
